Slot missions are a great opportunity to earn equipment weapons, equipment and more. But they're also difficult to do.

Concealed Weapon Slot

The concealed weapon slot lets you to bring pistols into a mission. Some players use it to help them reach certain goals, especially those who aim for Suit Only. Some prefer having the additional pistol to make an extra weapon to close the gap. When you use this slot, it's important to remember that you will have to click the corresponding pistol category button, like the alternative slot 2 for machine guns, to select the appropriate category. Being able to have Major Expedition and Adept Rider active makes this much easier to do. This combo also gives you a damage tick from concealed Weapon every 10 seconds as long as you have it slotted.

Smuggled Item Slot

The smuggled items slot is an excellent feature that allows players to bring in tools and weapons, but it could use a better opportunity. It's currently shaped like an a gun, which makes it difficult to distinguish the smuggled weapon slot volatility from other slots for gear.

The smuggle slots are used to store a wide assortment of items, from concussion devices and weapons grade explosives to subtle concussions. These items are hidden in a hidden location on the map and are able to be recovered at any moment. The items that are smuggled differ from Agency Pickups or Hidden Stashes which conceal small objects hidden in the scenery and objects.

Mission planning is a function available in episodic missions that lets players gain access to different starting points equipment, smuggled items, and slots prior to their entry into the map. These planning options increase as players advance through challenges and gain higher Mission Mastery levels. This allows players to design the perfect mission for every task.

Gear Slot

The gear slots will rapidly fill up early in the game, which will result in the dreaded message "Your Gear Slots are Full". This message will prevent Max to pick new equipment until the old items are taken away or space has been accumulated. The solution to this issue is the Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials which provide more inventory space in exchange for fulfilling challenge missions. Since a lot of these challenges can be not completed and are scattered across the globe, it could take a while to get the maximum number inventory slots in the game.

The five Gear Slots of a player can be filled with up to five different types of gear. These must be selected in the Gear Selection menu before a break-in begins. Each gear item (except for the Pistol) will take up one Gear Slot, while a grouping of similar items (such as the grouping of Grenades) can only use one Gear Slot.

Agency Pickups

As you progress through the Mission Mastery levels you unlock different agency pickups on the map. These locations allow you to keep items that do not fit into your concealed slot for gear or weapon, and retrieve them later.

These pickups are particularly useful if you have to pass through a frisk in the course of the course of your mission, or if you are carrying a weapon that might otherwise cause suspicion. You can only conceal only one item at a pick-up location.

This DLC includes new contracts for asset protection and security to the agency. Talk to the receptionist at the agency and purchase snacks and other items. Once you've reached the marker you can identify a crowd at the time you arrive.
